Our driver can then contact you to say where you will meet at the airport exit.\n\n### Pick-up at home\n\nOur driver collects you around the pick-up time you gave when booking.\n\nYou should be ready 15 minutes before pick-up. If the driver has not arrived 5 minutes after the agreed time, you can always call our dispatch on 0492\u002F82.61.09.\n\nPlease give our driver the details of your return flight once more, clearly, so that misunderstandings are avoided.\n\n### Pick-up at the airport\n\nOur drivers wait for you in the arrivals hall with a name board.\n\n### Payment\n\nWe ask for payment in cash at pick-up, before the driver departs. When you book both the outward and the return journey with us, we ask you to pay for both rides at the home pick-up.\n\n## Conditions of sale\n\nCash payment is always requested at departure. That means the total amount for the outward and return journey (if both were booked), including VAT. If an invoice is required, it is sent after you return home.\n\nIf payment is not made by the due date (30 working days after the invoice date), compensation of 15% is payable by operation of law and without notice of default.\n\nYou may cancel up to 1 day before the transport. Last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours) are not covered by this condition.\n\nIf you cancel within 48 hours, half of the total amount is charged. Within 24 hours, the full amount. For any other cancellation, a fixed administrative fee of 50 euros is charged.\n\nThe transport takes place under the customer’s responsibility. TaxiLuchthaven nevertheless does everything possible to bring people or goods to their destination on time. TaxiLuchthaven can in no case be held liable for failing to deliver people or goods on time at the scheduled moment, regardless of the damage. Our liability is in all cases limited to the maximum invoice amount. Indirect damage is not eligible for compensation.\n\nThe customer is entitled to compensation of 20% of the total amount, up to a maximum of €40, if we cancel the contract or if, through our doing, the agreement cannot be carried out, except in cases of force majeure.\n\nTaxiLuchthaven is in no case liable for any damage caused by us or by force majeure.\n\nAll complaints about an invoice or services must be made by registered letter within 7 days of the invoice date.\n\n### Limitation of liability\n\nThe contractor is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, arising from or related to the performance of the service, unless there is intent or gross negligence.\n\nUnder no circumstances is the contractor liable for:\n\n- delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions or third parties\n- loss, theft or damage to the customer’s personal property during transport\n- consequential damage or loss of profit\n- errors or shortcomings of third parties involved in carrying out the assignment\n\nThe contractor’s liability is in any event limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance in the case concerned. If no payout is made, liability is limited to the invoice amount of the service in question, with a maximum of €250 per event.\n\nIf any provision is declared void, the remaining provisions stay in force.\n\nBelgian law applies to these terms.
